Problem: Advertisers, agencies, and businesses lacked a centralized platform to manage ad account operations, balances, top-ups, deposits, withdrawals, and Business Manager connections across web and mobile.

Solution: Led end-to-end technical redevelopment of Salaf Global V2: modernizing the backend, building cross-platform mobile apps, designing cron-based automation, and delivering a full notification infrastructure with admin campaign management.

Impact: The rebuilt platform now supports 100+ businesses managing 1,500+ advertising accounts, with automated deposit and withdrawal workflows replacing manual handling, and cross-platform iOS and Android apps delivering the full experience on mobile.

Problem: People wanted access to the best AI models (multi-model chat, image generation, file interaction, and web browsing) without leaving the apps they already use daily, like WhatsApp and Telegram.

Solution: Built backend and frontend features across the platform, and solely developed the Telegram bot from the ground up. Delivered the streaming chat pipeline, multi-model routing (OpenAI, Claude), image generation (Flux AI), image-to-image transformation, text-to-voice, file handling, URL summarization, and subscription billing.

Impact: Shmooz reaches 80,000+ users across WhatsApp, Telegram, and the web. Contributed the Telegram bot, streaming chat pipeline, and multi-model AI routing, core features used daily by the platform's growing subscriber base.

Problem: Users needed a private, reliable mobile app to track personal cycles, receive personalized reminders, monitor fertility windows, and locate nearby facilities, across iOS and Android.

Solution: Planned the project end-to-end and led all technical execution. Built the backend, core cycle calculation engine, personalized notification pipelines, maps-based facility finder, fertility predictions, and RevenueCat subscription management for a live cross-platform app.

Impact: Successfully launched and scaled a production mobile application across iOS and Android, delivering cycle tracking, fertility insights, personalized reminders, subscription billing, and facility discovery in a single user experience. The product reached 1,000+ downloads on Google Play and achieved a 4.8★ App Store rating from 68+ reviews, validating both product quality and user adoption.

Problem: Bangladeshi e-commerce and f-commerce merchants were losing significant revenue to fraudulent orders, fake customers, and courier returns, with no tool to assess customer risk before fulfillment.

Solution: Built a multi-platform fraud detection SaaS that analyses customer phone numbers to surface order history, courier usage, and return patterns, available as a web app, Chrome extension, WordPress plugin, and Android app.

Impact: Used by 1,000+ Bangladeshi online sellers to identify risky customers before dispatch, across web, Chrome extension, WordPress plugin, and Android, replacing manual judgment with data-backed fraud scoring.

Problem: Solo ad buyers, sellers, and performance marketers were juggling multiple tracking tools to manage orders, monitor clicks, and review stats, with no unified view of their campaign data.

Solution: Built a SaaS platform that aggregates order and click data from external tracking tools (Qliker, ClickMagic, etc.) into a single dashboard with real-time stats, customizable reports, invoice generation, Telegram notifications, and export to Excel/PDF.

Impact: Used by solo ad vendors and digital marketers to consolidate order tracking, click stats, and campaign reporting into a single dashboard, replacing manual data collection across multiple disconnected platforms.

Problem: Bangladeshi students preparing for BCS, HSC, SSC, and JSC exams had no free, structured mobile platform to access online classes, full syllabus coverage, and skill-building courses in one place.

Solution: Built ShikkhaNir, a fully free Android learning app covering the complete syllabus for BCS, HSC, SSC, JSC, and lower classes. Features online courses, exam shortcuts, an ad-free customizable video player, and a donation gateway to sustain free education.

Impact: 10,000+ installs on the Play Store with a 4.3-star rating and 200+ reviews, providing free, structured education to Bangladeshi students who cannot afford paid platforms.

Problem: Offices were relying on WhatsApp messages to coordinate prayer times, recurring meetings, and one-off events, with no guarantee anyone would see the reminder in time.

Solution: Built a multi-tenant cross-platform reminder system: a Next.js web dashboard where teams create and schedule reminders, and a Tauri desktop client that silently lives in the system tray and slides a full-screen countdown overlay onto every member's screen before each reminder fires.

Impact: Replaces ad-hoc messaging for office-wide time coordination with a reliable, automated desktop overlay, ensuring no reminder is missed regardless of what the user is doing on screen.
